Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects AxoDesk, our customers, communication providers, and the people receiving messages through the platform.

Who this is for: All customers, authorized users, developers, and anyone using AxoDesk services.

1. Lawful and authorized use only

You may use AxoDesk only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, channels, and recipients you are authorized to use. You must comply with privacy, direct-marketing, anti-spam, telecommunications, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, sanctions, export-control, and other applicable law.

2. Messaging and campaign rules

  • Do not send spam, purchased-list campaigns, deceptive messages, or messages without the required notice, consent, or other lawful basis.
  • Honor opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, suppression lists, quiet-hour requirements, and provider messaging windows.
  • Do not evade templates, rate limits, review procedures, or provider policies.
  • Keep evidence of consent and campaign authorization where required.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, exploitative, or abusive activity.
  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, unauthorized surveillance, or security attacks.
  • Content that infringes privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
  • Sexual exploitation, child endangerment, trafficking, or content that facilitates serious harm.
  • Use that creates material risk to AxoDesk, providers, customers, or the public.

4. Platform and security abuse

  • Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or bypass service security or rate limits.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or copy the service except where expressly permitted.
  • Do not access another tenant, workspace, account, or data set without authorization.
  • Do not upload malicious code or use AxoDesk to distribute it.

5. High-risk and regulated use

Do not use AxoDesk as an emergency service or as the sole system for safety-critical communications. Do not use AI output as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Health, financial, government-identification, children's, biometric, and other sensitive data require a lawful basis, appropriate safeguards, and any express agreement required by AxoDesk.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate affected access, messages, channels, or accounts. We may preserve or disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people or systems, or comply with law. Report suspected abuse to support@axodesk.io.

This public legal center should be reviewed with AxoDesk sales for enterprise procurement and with your own counsel for your use case. A signed order form or enterprise agreement may include additional terms.
