AxoDesk Legal
Cookie Policy
Effective: June 2, 2026 | Last updated: June 2, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the browser storage and optional website technologies used on the AxoDesk marketing site and how you can control them.
1. Our consent approach
AxoDesk blocks optional analytics and support-chat scripts until you make a choice. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from browsing the site. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie-preferences control in the footer.
When you withdraw previously granted consent, the site reloads so already-loaded optional scripts are removed from the active page. Provider cookies already stored in your browser may remain until they expire or you remove them through browser settings.
2. Categories we use
| Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary storage | Stores your consent record and supports core website behavior. | Always active |
| Analytics | Helps us understand site traffic, navigation, and interaction trends. | Blocked until accepted |
| Support chat | Loads the optional Tawk widget when you choose to make live support available. | Blocked until accepted |
3. Technologies and providers
| Provider or storage | Category | What it does |
|---|---|---|
AxoDesk local storage: axodesk_cookie_consent_v1 | Necessary | Stores your analytics and support-chat preferences with the time they were updated. |
| Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager | Analytics | Measures website usage and helps manage analytics tags after consent. |
| Microsoft Clarity | Analytics | Provides privacy-controlled website interaction analytics after consent. |
| Tawk | Support chat | Provides the optional website chat widget after consent. |
Optional providers can set their own cookies or similar identifiers after they load. Their exact names and lifetimes can change as those providers update their services. Review provider documentation and your browser's storage controls for the current details.
4. How to manage cookies
- Use the cookie-preferences control in the AxoDesk footer to accept, reject, or update optional categories.
- Use your browser settings to inspect, block, or delete stored cookies and local-storage records.
- Be aware that browser-level blocking can affect functionality on AxoDesk and third-party sites.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when providers or website behavior change. Questions may be sent to support@axodesk.io.
