Configure Your Inbox
Customize inbox views, notification settings, labels, assignment rules, business hours, and saved views for a cleaner team workflow.
Step-by-Step Guide
Access Inbox Settings
From the left sidebar, click your workspace name โ Settings โ Inbox. You will see all connected channels and their individual configuration panels.

Set Up Conversation Labels
Labels let you categorise conversations (e.g. VIP, Urgent, Follow-up). Go to Settings โ Labels โ New Label. Assign a colour and optionally a keyboard shortcut.

Configure Notification Preferences
Go to Profile โ Notifications. Choose which events trigger desktop, email, or mobile push notifications: new assignment, mention, first reply, etc.
Tip: Enable browser notifications for fastest first-response time.
Create Inbox Views
Saved Views let you filter your inbox by assignee, label, channel, or status. Click + New View above your inbox list and define your filter criteria.

Set Working Hours
Go to Settings โ Business Hours. Define operating hours per day. Outside these hours, automated away messages are sent and SLA timers pause.
Warning: Ensure your timezone is correctly set โ all SLA counters depend on it.
