Configure Your Inbox

Customize inbox views, notification settings, labels, assignment rules, business hours, and saved views for a cleaner team workflow.

Access Inbox Settings

From the left sidebar, click your workspace name โ†’ Settings โ†’ Inbox. You will see all connected channels and their individual configuration panels.

Set Up Conversation Labels

Labels let you categorise conversations (e.g. VIP, Urgent, Follow-up). Go to Settings โ†’ Labels โ†’ New Label. Assign a colour and optionally a keyboard shortcut.

Configure Notification Preferences

Go to Profile โ†’ Notifications. Choose which events trigger desktop, email, or mobile push notifications: new assignment, mention, first reply, etc.

Tip: Enable browser notifications for fastest first-response time.

Create Inbox Views

Saved Views let you filter your inbox by assignee, label, channel, or status. Click + New View above your inbox list and define your filter criteria.

Set Working Hours

Go to Settings โ†’ Business Hours. Define operating hours per day. Outside these hours, automated away messages are sent and SLA timers pause.

Warning: Ensure your timezone is correctly set โ€” all SLA counters depend on it.
