Invite and Manage Team Members
Add agents to your AxoDesk workspace, assign roles, create teams, set availability, and manage permissions for secure collaboration.
Step-by-Step Guide
Go to Team Settings
Navigate to Settings โ Team Members. You will see all current members listed with their role, status, and last-active timestamp.

Send Invitations
Click Invite Members. Enter one or more email addresses and select a role for each. Click Send Invites โ recipients receive an email with a secure join link valid for 48 hours.
Understand Role Permissions
Owner: full access, billing control. Admin: all settings except billing. Agent: conversations, contacts, reports. Viewer: read-only access to reports and conversations.

Create Teams
Teams are groups of agents that can be assigned conversations collectively. Go to Settings โ Teams โ New Team. Name it, add members, and set a routing priority.
Tip: Create teams per channel (e.g. WhatsApp Team) or per function (e.g. Sales, Support) based on your workflow.
Set Availability Status
Each agent can set their availability to Online, Busy, or Away. Conversations are only auto-assigned to Online agents when round-robin is enabled.
