Step-by-Step Guide

1

Application Safeguards

AxoDesk is designed with organization and workspace boundaries, authenticated backend operations, membership checks, role-based permissions, OAuth state validation, and provider webhook verification where supported. Production infrastructure safeguards are deployment-specific.

2

Security Reviews

The public site does not represent that AxoDesk holds a particular certification, audit report, regulated-industry addendum, or deployment-specific security control. Enterprise customers should request the current verified security package during procurement.

3

Deployment and Data Location

Infrastructure providers, deployment regions, storage configuration, retention settings, and transfer safeguards can depend on the relevant environment and agreement.

Warning: Request production-specific commitments from sales before relying on a region, retention period, or data-residency option.

4

Account Access

Workspace administrators should assign least-privilege access, remove users promptly when access is no longer required, and protect administrator credentials. Any requested SSO or SAML capability must be confirmed for the applicable plan and agreement.

5

Privacy Operations

AxoDesk supports customer-directed privacy workflows and provides a public Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, GDPR Commitment, and Third-Party Services notice. Contact support for a rights request or sales for an enterprise DPA.

Tip: Keep your own records of lawful basis, notices, consent, and opt-out handling for customer communications.

6

Activity and Monitoring

Operational monitoring and activity records depend on the production configuration and enabled features. Confirm any required customer-facing audit-log scope, export capability, and retention period during security review.
