Required CSV columns:
name, email, phone
Optional columns:
company, location, tags, custom_attr_1, custom_attr_2
4

Create Contact Segments

Segments are dynamic groups. Go to Contacts โ†’ Segments โ†’ New Segment. Define filter conditions (e.g. Country = US AND Tag = VIP). Segments update automatically as contacts match/unmatch criteria.

Tip: Use segments as audiences for broadcast campaigns for precise targeting without manual contact selection.

5

Connect External Records

Where an approved CRM, commerce, webhook, or custom integration is enabled, map the fields and sync direction before sending production data. Confirm supported providers and sync scope in your workspace or agreement.
