Step-by-Step Guide

1

Create a New Segment

Go to Contacts → Segments → New Segment. Give it a descriptive name (e.g. High-LTV E-commerce Customers).

2

Add Filter Conditions

Click Add Condition. Each condition has: field selector, operator (is, is not, contains, greater than, etc.), and a value. Combine conditions with AND (all must match) or OR (any must match).

3

Available Filter Fields

Contact fields: Name, Email, Phone, Company, Country, City, Tags, Custom Attributes, Channel, Last Seen, Created At. Conversation fields: Resolved count, Labels, Assignee, Last Activity.

4

Preview & Save

Before saving, click Preview to see a live count and sample of matching contacts. Once saved, the segment is dynamic — contacts enter and exit automatically.

5

Use Segment in Broadcast

When creating a WhatsApp Broadcast, select a saved segment as your audience. The recipient count updates in real time as the segment re-evaluates.
