Send WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts with approved templates, audience filters, scheduling, and delivery analytics.
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to Broadcasts
From the left sidebar open Broadcasts. Click New Broadcast.

Select Channel & Template
Choose your connected WhatsApp Business number. Select an approved message template. Preview renders in real time on the right.
Build Your Audience
Choose recipients by: uploading a CSV, selecting a saved contact segment, or filtering contacts dynamically by label, channel, or custom attribute.

Personalise Variables
Map template variables ({{1}}, {{2}}) to contact attributes (First Name, Company, Order ID, etc.) or set fixed defaults for contacts missing that attribute.
Schedule or Send
Send immediately or schedule for a future date and time using your workspace timezone. Large audiences may be subject to provider throughput, template, quality, and rate-limit controls.
Warning: Only send to contacts where you have the required notice, consent, or other lawful basis. Violating Meta or local messaging rules can restrict your account.
Monitor Delivery Analytics
After sending, the Broadcast detail screen shows: Sent, Delivered, Read, Replied, and Failed counts with timestamps. Export the report as CSV.
